We define any combination of log and timber structure as a PrecisionCraft log & timber hybrid design. Although the majority of the structure is log or timber, conventional framing is sometimes included in hybrid log and timber home designs. |

Although both are hybrid designs, it is the structure of the home that sets one apart from the other. If your hybrid design is built using either a log wall system or timber frame post and beam, then we consider that design to be a Log and Timber Hybrid because it contains a true log and timber home structure.
A Mountain Accent Home™ has a structure that is constructed using conventional framing with log & timber accents incorporated into the design. The log and timber components are used to provide the look and feel of a mountain style home, while allowing for a lower turnkey budget. |
