Initial Design MeetingIn your first design meeting, you will meet with your Mountain Architect’s designer, your sales consultant and your project manager either here in Idaho or remotely via phone and computer. Watch the screen as your log home architect brings your log home vision to life! In this meeting, you will discuss your design vision, perfect the general layout of your home, select the log & timber products that match your design and begin to set a schedule for completion. Follow-up MeetingsFollowing the initial design meeting, your Mountain Architects' designer will create your Conceptual Design based on the design feedback you have provided. As your log home design takes shape, your project coordinator will create a categorized turnkey estimate so that you have a good idea of what your custom home will cost. In addition, your project team will identify builders in your area and provide you with Builder Bid Administration. As your log / timber home project progresses, you will continue to receive updated files via our online project management tool, ClientConnect™. Here you can download plan updates and communicate directly with your Mountain Architects designer. | |

Fully Engineered Construction DrawingsOnce you have signed-off on your log home plans, Mountain Architects will create your final construction drawings. The final drawings will be sent to an independent engineer for review & approval. One step closer to living in your dream home! | |
