Finding a Qualified Builder for Your Log Home
During the design process, PrecisionCraft's project managers will introduce you to three qualified builders in your area (experienced in finishing log homes and timber frame homes). Once you select a builder for your log home project, your Project Manager will prepare a detailed Builder Due Diligence™ report that reviews the builder's:
- Clients and supplier references.
- Experience with building log homes & timber homes and with PrecisionCraft's product line.
- Licenses and insurance.
Particular care must be given to selecting the right builder for your project. Your builder must be reputable, capable and financially stable. The builder must match your time, quality and budget requirements. PrecisionCraft and Mountain Architects will assist you in selecting the right builder through our Builder Due Diligence™ process.
Remember that your PrecisionCraft team will travel to your build site and install the log & timber structure of your home on the foundation. Your selected builder will then work with you to complete your custom log home or timber frame home.
