Every business is judged by their products and their customer service and this story exemplifies both. The online meetings with the customer permitting them to view the progress of their home construction solves problems for both parties. 

Many companies would have never told a customer that the property they owned was not &quot;architecturally congruent&quot; and risk losing a sale. Such honesty and attention to important details are not common in today&#039;s world.

Oh and BTW, the finished product is a masterpiece.  Congrats to the PrecisionCraft team.</description>
