In Texas our biggest concern is heat. We are never uncomfortable when we walk into our Precision Craft log home after being away, even in mid-summer triple digit heat. The house retains the cool in summer and heat in winter. We could not be more pleased. It costs us no more to heat and cool this 3200 square foot log home than it does to heat and cool our older, 2400 square foot conventional house.

I’m not building in NH, but am very impressed by your log homes. I’m getting ready to have my own built in the Park City area. I love the look of log homes and can’t wait to start the process of building our dream vacation home. We lucked out and found some great land with a view, where we could build on in a community outside of PC, Victory Ranch Club. We can’t wait to spend time in Utah at our new log home.
