Installing the Log & Timber Product
We continue to ask our clients what we can do to make their experience with building log homes and timber homes easier. As a result of your feedback, we have expanded our services in one of the most critical areas of the log & timber home building process – the construction of your home.
In addition to designing your log home and producing the log & timber materials at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, PrecisionCraft uses its own crews to assemble the log or timber structure. This guarantees that you get “one-company responsibility and accountability” for the log or timber materials of your home.
Overall Savings and Quality
By ensuring one-party responsibility of your product, we are able to shorten your construction time, stay on schedule, reduce errors and provide you with a beautiful, structurally-sound log or timer home.

"What a treat it has been to be camping on site and watch the log stack. Your crew has been the best and hardest working crew we have ever seen. What a great experience we have had with PrecisionCraft. . . the log stack
- John & Carrie of Steamboat Springs, CO.
"I would like to express my appreciation to you for sending [your stack crew]. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fit in with the rest of the crew perfectly. The timber frame assembly ran smoothly and without any major issues. My crew and I couldn’t have asked for more hard working and quality guys than the ones you sent."
- Craig Jossi

Building Mountain Accent™ Homes
A Mountain Accent™ home has a structure that is either all or mostly conventional stick frame. The addition of log and timber elements add little or no structure to the frame of the house. If your Mountain Accent™ home does not contain structural log and timber elements, then those components will be installed by your builder, not a PrecisionCraft crew. We will, however, be available to your builder for questions or assistance they might need.
