We are very pleased with our home, in particular the look of the log package. We enjoyed very much our working relationship with PrecisionCraft. Our home building experience
was very pleasant, and we have the PrecisionCraft staff to thank.
My wife and I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and your staff for producing our beautiful log home. Our journey began with a search for a log company who produced a quality product and took the time to be not just a log provider but a partner in the experience. After narrowing our quest down to three log producers, and visiting two of them, we arranged a tour of PrecisionCraft. During our tour of PrecisionCraft, it was apparent your company used the Deming Quality Process to focus on customer needs and timely production. Our log home package was promptly delivered as promised and your staff was there to help in the assembly. Our new home is now the envy of the community. Congratulations on producing a quality American product! Please don’t hesitate to use us as a reference for future log home owners.
I wanted to write to tell you how pleased we are with your product and service. In terms of product, the logs look great! The uniformity of the logs and the precision with which they fit together is truly amazing. Many people have admired the quality of the logs themselves. We found very little checking and cracking. Nor did we have any problems with the cuts and holes for assembling the logs. As impressed as I am with your product, I am even more impressed with your service. This type of genuine interest in the customer is rare. It not only translates into a quality produce but also a positive experience in using the product. Thank you again for your part in both.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for PrecisionCraft’s commitment to providing quality log homes and services. My wife and I have wanted the DREAM log home for quite a few years and had decided on your company a couple of years ago when we stopped by your facility to get some literature. Your thoughtfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction is as solid as PrecisionCraft’s log homes.
From designing the home to the financial details, PrecisionCraft was very easy to work with, and I would do it all again with you if I built another Log home.
We have just completed our beautiful log home in Jackson, Wyoming. It is really a dream come true! My husband and I would like to send our thanks to the entire team at PrecisionCraft for making this a stress-free quality project. We did our research, and concluded that your product was not only the highest quality milled log package available, but also reasonably priced and came with all the necessary customer service through completion of the building. The custom design process worked efficiently through your in-house architects. I’m sure that we enjoyed a tremendous saving in not having to hire an independent architectural firm. Now, after living in the home for several months, I can honestly say that the design is perfect from both an aesthetic and practical perspective. We highly recommend PrecisionCraft to anyone considering building a log home. The look, feel and smell of our new home are all exactly what we hoped for. Thanks again!
I want to thank you for all your support throughout the entire process of building our wonderful log home. It’s hard to imagine that any other log home company could have been more perfectly suited to us. Our experience with PrecisionCraft has been an incredibly positive one. From the very first phone call we have received only the best of care and service. We contacted PrecisionCraft after seeing another of their structures being built. The conversation with that homeowner was filled with praise. If anything, it sounded too good to be true. Now here we are in the same situation-unable to say anything negative about the whole project. Absolutely everything ran smoothly. We chose a floor plan, modified it several times, and came up with one that works for us. Through all the changes and questions, the PrecisionCraft representatives were knowledgeable, patient and professional. The general contractor was impressed (and relieved) by the accuracy with which the logs were cut. It all went together just as it was supposed to. Now that our log home is done, we can honestly say we have no regrets. Our experience with Precision Craft has been a completely satisfying one. We recommend Precision Craft to anyone who wants a quality product supported by a committed and knowledgeable group of people.Mat
I have no hesitation recommending Precision Craft to friends or neighbors that are interested in building log structures, but the logs advertise themselves so people are usually asking me, from where the logs came. From inception, design, delivery, construction and beyond, I was a coddled customer. My initial phone contact was returned within the first half hour, when three other local companies didn’t bother to return my calls. I am extremely pleased with the product itself, in fact, I often hear some of my contractors boasting about its “fine furniture qualities” as they explain it to their peers. PrecisionCraft is a first-class operation, delivering top quality products with attention to detail, care and compassion.
We have been looking forward to building and living in a log home for more than 20 years. For the past several years we have been looking at various home builders and log structure providers both through various log home magazines and the internet. When we arrived at your yard, we were about 75% to 80% ready to make a decision on which company to work with. By the time we returned to our car, after being shown the homes that you took us to, we were ready to let PrecisionCraft do our log home. Again thank you for the great customer service extended by both of you and the wealth of information we received.
Our cabin in McCall is now on year old and as I sit and reflect on the pleasure it has brought us, I wanted to express my thanks for your role in making it a reality. The help we received from you and your team throughout the construction process was invaluable. From our discussions on design plans, to the final delivery, and stacking of the logs, PrecisionCraft stood behind your product 100%. Out of the many design features that stand out in this cabin, the most impressive of all is the log package itself. The natural charm of the wood beautifully creates the mood we were looking for in our mountain retreat. Many thanks to the Precision Craft team for an exceptional product and a job well done!
Throughout the entire process of the building of our log home Precision Craft has been absolutely wonderful to work with. After a solid year of researching log home materials, the different methods of construction, visiting many construction sites, model homes, and attending log home shows, there was only one obvious choice for us. Our home is absolutely gorgeous. There isn’t one person that has visited, and there have been many, that aren’t in awe over how beautiful your product is. Even our neighbor that paid two times as much for his hand-crafted log home, has commented time and time again on how much he loves our package. Please feel free to send anyone our way for a recommendation, we don’t even have one complaint through all of our dealings, and praise your company on your professionalism and sincere concern for our satisfaction.
Thank you very much for all of your help with our new log home. Without PrecisionCraft I don’t think we would be able to make our dreams come true.
PrecisionCraft has been a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to see the finished home. Our general contractor has been impressed with the quality of the materials supplied.
Our PrecisionCraft Project Manager put together a wonderful local team to work on our home in Wyoming, and his experience has been an asset to our project. We appreciate the thoroughness and swiftness that his crew is displaying!
What a treat it has been to be camping on site and watching the log stack. Your crew has been the best and hardest working crew we have ever seen. What a great experience we
have had with PrecisionCraft. The log stack crew have all been professional and top quality.
The SIP wall panels fit together perfectly. We were able to fly through the main floor walls in a matter of two days. This roof was no simple task because there were a lot of dormers, Dutch hips, and all the vaults on the inside had to line up. Piece by piece we installed the rood, and each piece fit. A house of that size would have taken us about two
months to close in (with stick framing). With the SIP panels, we were closed in about two and a half weeks. I definitely recommend SIPs.
Your staff worked very hard, and my builder is impressed with the quality of your product as well.
I don’t see anything I don’t like in your package, and the SIPs are by far the best I’ve ever seen. I’m really impressed.
We wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the crew that erected our timber frame. We always felt like our timber frame was in good hands and, when we ran into crane limitations or other issues, the crew was quick to react and worked with the crane operator and builder personnel to solve the issue. To paraphrase our GC, “You can usually get a good sense as to the quality of specialized crews like this within the first hour – and I don’t see any issues; these guys are top notch”
I would like to take this time to tell you how pleased my wife & I are with your log house and the staff we worked with. I couldn’t ask for a better team. The whole bunch was just outstanding & I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have had so many comments on the beauty & uniformity of the logs.
Our PrecisionCraft Project Manager put together a wonderful local team to work on our home in Wyoming, and his experience has been an asset to our project. We appreciate the thoroughness and swiftness that his crew is getting it done! The guy doing the mason work right now is incredible.
What a treat it has been to be camping on site and watching the log stack. Your crew has been the best and hardest working crew we have ever seen. What a great experience we have had with PrecisionCraft . . . the log stack and crew have all been professional and top quality.

Your stacking crew worked very hard, and my builder is impressed with the quality of your product as well. I hope your guys enjoyed their stay in the Midwest!
I have visited about 40 log homes and spoken with at least 15 log home companies. PrecisionCraft not only made my dreams come true, they had all the features
I felt were necessary. They have been in business a long time, stand behind a quality product and were helpful every step of the way.
My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting your facility in Meridian. From the time we arrived our experience was all we had hoped for and more.
We have been planning our log retirement home for 12 years and became sold on PrecisionCraft several years ago. We look forward to a continued
relationship with you team and will be pursuing and article in Log Home Living when we start construction
PrecisionCraft has been a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to see the finished home. Our general contractor has been impressed with the quality of all materials supplied.
Compared to other log packages we consider ourselves fortunate to be building with PrecisionCraft. We are pleased with the quality of the logs themselves and the on-site instruction at the beginning of construction was invaluable. We really appreciated the way you kept in contact with us even after the package was delivered and paid for. The integrity and quality of service we have been shown by PrecisionCraft leaves us very sincere in saying we would recommend that anyone anticipating the construction of a log home consider PrecisionCraft first.
We appreciate the way you do business and will be happy to recommend PrecisionCraft to prospective customers.
Our log home is everything we had hoped for and more. The word “Precision” in “PrecisionCraft Log Structures” is not just advertising hype. Your product is, indeed, precise! From the plans to the delivery and final erection of the logs, we found that things were done in a professional and careful manner. We were especially thankful for the special care you take in packing the logs for shipment. There was no surface damage to any of the logs! Great packaging team. Keep up the good work! In closing, let me say that it has been enjoyable doing business with your company. I would heartily recommend PrecisionCraft’s product to anyone who was inclined to be an owner builder. It was fun. It was satisfying. It looks beautiful! But then, you folks have known that for years. Keep up the good work!
During the entire time of initial drawings, final blueprints and delivery of our log home package, the experience has been exactly as one would hope. The majority of our contact was handled in a forthright and pleasant manner. Each and every phone call to your offices was answered or returned usually within the same day. Your product has met the high standards that we expected in building our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Without hesitation, we would recommend your product and personnel to any interested party. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done.
It has been a distinct pleasure working with PrecisionCraft to design and produce our log home. Your expert and professional advice so many times proved invaluable to me in the process of selecting the best type of logs, the species, the finish and style. The structure is beautiful. I have been most impressed with PrecisionCraft as a company. I searched long and diligently for a log company that could produce the log structure I wanted and a company that could deliver as planned. A company that, after all is said and done, will stand behind their product and services to please the customer. You have more than filled that bill with me. PrecisionCraft is a company with state-of-the-art technology, professional skill and integrity to do the job and are the best in the business. I have no reservations to highly recommend your company to anyone. THANKS, PRECISIONCRAFT.
Recently we bought a log home package from your company. We were impressed by the product you sell but more important we were impressed with the people we dealt with. Out of all the companies we had visited we had decided PrecisionCraft offered the building system we desired. You have a good product, but more important than that you have some very good, competent people working for you. It is they who sold us on PrecisionCraft more than anything. And it is because of them that we would not hesitate to recommend your company to others. Thank you and your people for everything. We are finally working towards making a 16 year dream come true.
We want to take this opportunity to thank PrecisionCraft for supplying our recently constructed log home package. We are very pleased with the quality of the logs and the overall appearance of the building. We have had a number of local contractors stop by to see our project and admire the way the logs look and fit together. Prior to selecting Precision Craft as our supplier, we looked around for a couple of years at many log home suppliers. We have been very pleased with our selection of PrecisionCraft. Your product met our expectations to the fullest extent. We highly recommend Precision Craft to our friends. Anyone who would like to talk to us about our experience in building one of your structures is certainly welcome to contact us.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at PrecisionCraft for the superb professional service they provided me during the planning, construction and completion of my PrecisionCraft Log Home. Your patience and knowledge provided me the confidence and comfort in knowing I was dealing with a professional and competent organization. I can attest that PrecisionCraft possesses the professional staff, the highest quality product and customer service that one desires when building one’s home. It has been an extremely pleasurable experience to have worked with the staff of PrecisionCraft. I highly recommend PrecisionCraft to anyone seeking a five star organization.
