Aspen Peak

The Aspen Peak's layout flows from the central peaked great room which divides public from private spaces. To one side are the kitchen and dining area, while on the other you find the master suite and office. In the basement the layout includes three additional bedrooms and a large open rec room with a cozy fireplace to gather around.

outdoor living spaces

The Aspen Peak is a great example of incorporating outdoor living space into your design. In addition to the deck that wraps around three-quarters of the house, and the patio space below it, there is a gazebo attached to the deck, perfect for a hot tub. Space underneath can be used for multi-purpose or storage.
