This client chose handcrafted logs instead of milled logs for their cabin and moved the master suite to the main level.

These clients worked with M-T-N to push the main level up so they could add a basement for a garage, living room & extra bedroom down there. They also chose timber frame construction instead of log walls.

Meadow Creek Residence

This eye-catching timber frame home is located on a secluded hillside in northern Colorado. Many basic elements of classic log architecture were transformed by award-winning M-T-N Design into distinctive features that make this home one-of-a-kind.  These include: the angle of the fireplace which allows the living spaces to merge effortlessly, the use of bold timber framing, and a loft with plenty of extra room thanks to the space-saving bunks.

Sun Valley Residence

This fishing cabin in Idaho uses classic western architecture, large-diameter handcrafted logs, and other rustic accents to mimic the historic feel of a nearby mining community. It is the perfect place for the couple to spend quality time with the grandkids.
