White Glove Design Service
If you already have a builder selected, or plan to find a builder yourself, our Base Contract is the best fit for you.
If you have not identified or selected a builder, PrecisionCraft will use our knowledge and expertise to help you find a builder based on their cost quote, availability, reputation and overall fit with your objectives.
For select projects in the mountain west region PrecisionCraft will serve as your general contractor, in addition to designing the home and fabricating the timber/SIP structural shell materials — providing a single point of contact and accountability.

Our Design-Build Process
For clients who choose PrecisionCraft to bring to life a log & timber home of the very highest stature, we offer our Design Concierge service. Featuring full service architecture by our award winning MTN Design team, fabrication of a fully custom log/timber/SIP structural shell and selection of the highest quality builder for your project, Design Concierge is the pinnacle of service.

BuilderSelect™
We Help You Find A Builder
If you have not identified or selected a builder, choose our BuilderSelect™ contract. We will help you find the best builder for your project based on availability, competitive bid, and reputation. Competitive bidding helps control costs, while inspections by your PrecisionCraft Project Manager at key milestones and a final energy evaluation help ensure your home is being built according to the construction drawings.

For clients who are committed to designing and building a custom log & timber home of the very highest stature, we offer our “white glove” Design Concierge service. Full service architecture by our award-winning in-house M-T-N Design team, fabrication of a fully custom structural shell, and vetting a builder with the right experience.
Pre-Construction Planning:
