Builder Selection

During this stage, you should finalize selection of your builder, if you have not yet done so.

Your PrecisionCraft Team

Your Client Representative will:

• Refine parameters of your project with you
• Coordinate with other team members
• Act as your advocate and key point of contact
• Visit your building site

Your Architectural Designer will:

• Draw your initial conceptual design
• Modify the initial design based your feedback
• Work with design review boards, visit your site as needed

Your Project Manager will:

• Participate in your design meeting
• Work with your design to estimate building costs
• Review the select finishes we offer for resale such as windows, doors, and stone

Prior to moving from Stage 2 to Stage 3, you will:

• Finalize your Construction Solution with PrecisionCraft
• Execute a PrecisionCraft contract

• Engineered construction documents
• Mechanical systems specifications
• Building permits

Construction Preparation

Your selected builder will secure building permits, and perform any other work required.

Your PrecisionCraft Team

Your Client Representative will:

• Remain engaged in the process and continue to act as your voice in the team

Your Architectural Designer will:

• Finalize any conceptual design refinements
• Complete your construction documents
• Oversee HVAC/Mechanical specifications
• Secure structural engineering review

Your Project Manager will:

• Perform project timeline management and coordinate with your chosen builder

Prior to moving from Stage 3 to Stage 4, you will:

• Approve your construction drawings
• Execute Notice to Proceed with material fabrication

• Fabrication of logs and timber materials
• Fabrication of SIPs and ICFs
• Excavation
• Foundation

Construction

Your selected builder will complete the excavation and then build your foundation, and floor deck.

Your PrecisionCraft Team

Your Client Representative will:

• Remain engaged in the process and continue to act as your voice in the team

Your Architectural Designer will:

• Coordinate with the PrecisionCraft fabrication team to ensure the materials are fabricated according to the construction drawings

Your Project Manager will:

• Coordinate with your selected builder to deliver your log, timber, SIP, and ICF materials to your build site

• Installation of log and timber structure by PrecisionCraft
• SIP and ICF installation

Construction

Your selected builder will work with our technical advisor in installing the SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) envelope.
